Experience downtown living at its best at The Penthouse Downtown Blue Ridge rental! The lovely Penthouse is similar to our other Suites but is a larger, apartment-style rental but still located in the historic and captivating "Victorian House" in downtown Blue Ridge.  The lower level of this building also houses the local favorite, Southern Charm Restaurant!

The Penthouse has a living space with a French style white carved gas log fireplace & mantel, full kitchen with extra bar space, a bedroom with a King bed & a flat screen TV, two separate bathrooms, and a private balcony. The living space also offers a 4-person dining table and double doors to the private balcony. The private balcony is perfect for your morning coffee, afternoon lunches or evening a private wine tasting of your own! You'll have a rare birds eye view of Downtown Blue Ridge on this balcony!

The roomy kitchen has full size refrigerator, microwave, breakfast bar with seating for 5-people, coffee maker, dishwasher, oven, and a small desk work station. Just a few steps away is the bed room with a King size bed, flat panel television and the unique feature of His and Her Bathrooms. One bathroom has a standard shower & toliet, and a single marble counter top vanity; the other bathroom has a soaking tub, marble top double vanity, a standard toliet, french bedit, and small crystal chandlier.  

You also have access to a large private deck overlooking downtown with comfortable seating and tables. Of course, as with our other Suites The Penthouse is within walking distance to all of the fabulous shops, restaurants, and activities downtown Blue Ridge has to offer. Enjoy fine dining, Modern Boutiques and unique stores, and live music only minutes are only minutes from you . You’ll be able to walk to each and everything wonderful thing in Downtown Blue Ridge... Imagine: Breakfast in one of the lovely cafés, strolling through downtown shops, Lunch in one of the fine eateries, exploring different activities and outfitters, then taking an afternoon break in the picturesque Downtown City Park. Head back to the suite to freshen up and then make your way to one of the highly awarded and world class restaurants; many owned and operated by professional chefs creating their signature dishes with influences from around the world. 

The Penthouse is ideal for its convenient location to Downtown Blue Ridge and all other activities/attractions in the Blue Ridge Mountains. All of our Downtown Lodging are great for Fall Foliage & Festival Vacations, Summer Getaways, Winter Excursions, and Spring Trips to the mountains.The Penthouse and our three other Suites are wonderful for group rentals and bridal showers/ladies getaways!

Although our rooms in Downtown Blue Ridge are similar to a hotel room, these rooms are all individual rentals and do not offer daily cleaning. The property will be fresh and ready for your stay upon arrival, and then cleaned after your departure. Towels will be provided for each day of your stay.
