This was our first visit! We were blown away by the beauty and warmth of this home -It has everything we needed to relax, recharge, and reconnect as a family. Thank you so much for creating such a wonderful place and sharing it with others. I will miss sitting on the porch with a cup of coffee and taking in the sounds and signs of this gorgeous place. I very much hope to find a chance to visit again in the future.

Celebrated a long holiday weekend for our birthday boy. We love coming to BR from Florida, and this cabin was such a relaxing time, perfect cool weather, lots of hikes on nearby trails and watching wildlife. It will be hard to return to the heat. We will be back!!

The Hill's
Mountain Creek Escape has everything you need in order to “escape”to the Georgia Mtns, including an outdoor fireplace with a gorgeous view. Being in Aska you are minutes from some great hiking trails, the Toccoa River, Lake Blue Ridge, Fall Branch Falls and downtown Blue Ridge. Deer wandered around not too far from cabin. Paved roads to cabin were a plus. Also, we learned that a mile or so heading south on Weaver Creek Road you can access the Benton McKaye Trail, which was a great find. The Rauback’s
The cabin was amazing! The weather was not. It rained every day but we still found time to hike, see you downtown and visit Bear Claw Vineyard. The kids learn how to play checkers this week. Mom and dad are still the champs! :) The kids showed some "grit" as they finished each hike without someone holding them.
This is our 7th year coming to Blue Ridge and it keeps getting better. During the week we feel relaxed and realize how lucky we are to have a great family and enjoy the kids bring our life.
