This was our 6th annual trip to Blue Ridge, and definitely the best. This was our 1st experience with Mountain Top Cabin Rentals, and we are so glad to have found them and their amazing cabin Legendary View. This is the most beautiful long range mountain view i've seen! The sunsets are breathtaking. This lodge has nice paved roads all the way to it unlike so many other cabins in the Blue Ridge area. Tastefully decorated and very comfortable. VERY CLEAN. The outdoor screened-in porch with the wood burning fireplace was a perfect addition. I will definitely be back! (View Details)

My friends and I stayed at Legendary View Lodge and the cabin was just fantastic. Since there are a lot of weekend events in Blue Ridge, at first we weren’t sure about our decision to reserve the cabin Monday through Friday. However, as it turned out, very few of the neighboring cabins were occupied during the week, so it seemed as if we had the entire mountain top to ourselves. We really enjoyed the privacy. The name of this cabin doesn’t do the view justice. The view is stunning, especially with all the leaves just starting to change color. We did a lot of hiking and then soaked in the hot tub. We spent most of our evenings out on the screened porch in front of the fireplace, usually with a couple of bottles of wine and a guitar. The cabin is well decorated and everything was really clean, including the linens. We are definitely coming back this winter and hope to see the mountains with a little snow. The cabin truly lives up to its name! The view is legend..wait for it..dary, from sunrise to sunset! The cabin layout is also spectacular, the all around decking with screened porch, and balcony for each of the private bedrooms. Ample counter space in the kitchen to cook a big meal (if you wish).
