We have stayed here twice and loved it. We have a 2 wheel drive 4 four runner and had no issues. The driveway is steep as stated in the listing so we knew what to expect. The way the cabin is situated that looks to be the only way to have a shot at decent parking. My husband is in home construction in Tennessee and so maybe we just have more sense than other people or are more reasonable about the roads in the mountains. Other cabins nearby didnt bother us, never saw a soul. Usually water front properties have neighbors just like they do at the beach. We have also stayed at private cabins with Mountain Tops so if thats what you want just ask them. You can also ask for a flat driveway if you are afraid of hills. We never heard dogs barking the two times we've stayed. We love this place and will return.
