One of the best joys was watching the cardinals, sparrows and gold finch as they flew back and forth the feeder. Hearing the cardinals chirp and watching them in the early morning reminded me of my Papa. I used to sit with him on the porch while he drank his coffee and watched the cardinals under his trees.It brought back very special memories. We were fortunate to see a couple of humming birds as well but they didn't hang around long. The cardinals enjoyed sitting in our truck mirrors looking at themselves!It was so cute!
