Spent a wonderful week in the woods just after winter storm Pax had passed though GA. Cabin was a bit of a trek up a slippery slope but our front wheel drive Ford Escape made it up the semi-frozen gravel road the office staff had let us know about in advance (they had recent snow) We're thinking that the snow storm may have help create the total isolation we enjoyed - the only person we saw during the week was the man who collected the garbage. We simply kicked back and relaxed- enjoyed the hot tube, took long walks through the woods, watched TV and surfed the web. This cabin had all the comforts of home plus the isolation of being in the woods. Only 12 minutes from Blueridge town. We definitely will do this again and we will want this cabin!
