For example, we have always drained the hot tubs after every stay. Hot tubs are then sanitized, refilled with fresh water and correct chemicals to ensure proper pH levels. Our linens are processed in a commercial OSHA certified laundering facility, equipped to process and sanitize even medical-grade linens. This ensures fresh, 100% clean linens for our guests every time. We work with amazing teams of independent professional cleaning contractors that are highly trained and certified in the correct cleaning procedures.
