Painting with watercolor is easier with the right supplies, a little guidance, and some practice. Follow the instructor as you do some preliminary practice of basic techniques. Then the Instructor will guide you step-by-step as you draw and paint a winter barn scene. No previous painting or drawing experience is required, however, students with some previous experience can benefit as well. The student will complete an 8X10 watercolor painting of a winter landscape displayed in an 11X14 mat ready for framing. Some of the technique’s students will learn are wet-on-wet, wet-on-dry, and dry brush painting. The student will practice making different stroke marks with brushes and color mixing using a color wheel. This class is suitable for adults and teens. The instructor will supply all the materials.
