• Year Started at Mountain Top Cabin Rentals?
2008. I began as a reservations agent but over time as the company grew and I had the opportunity switch gears to into a different role. When an opening became available I was able to learn from the ground up and really immerse myself. With further training and education I moved into Advertising and Marketing full time in 2012/2013. I enjoy researching the data and numbers that drive us to make decisions but also the creative side of it. Our whole team helps with ideas so I get a lot feedback from them too. I generally have multiple projects going at once as well as things that come up that need to be addressed quickly… It’s something that is always changing yet always the same so i’m never bored!
• How do you describe working at Mountain Top Cabin Rentals and what sets our company a part?
We are a unique set of people. Everyone has different strengths and weaknesses, and we all accept those and balance each other out. We’re a really great team! Our company is two-parts: Hospitality/Tourism and Property Management. We each have our own departments and specific tasks but will help each other if needed. We all work toward the same goal of offering luxurious properties with the best customer service. We are all cogs in the wheel that turns this machine that we love!
