What a great class to capture creative expressions in fiber arts. Students will create mini quilts that will be embellished using a wide variety of elements and mounted on a fabric cover 4”X12” canvas for display. Fiber art techniques include couching, beading, and machine decorative stitching that will be used to tell each student’s story in a three-quilt sandwich called color pops. Only basic hand and machine sewing skills are required. Students can use one of the Art Center’s sewing machine or bring their own. There is a supply list that will be provided upon registration.
Limited seating please sign up early for registration.
